Orders

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds or, for COD, once we confirm it with you. We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the address isn't serviceable, or there is a pricing error. If we cancel a prepaid order, we refund the full amount.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. COD is available on eligible PIN codes.

Warranty

The Enmode Smart Eye Massager comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. We will repair or replace a defective unit. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear of the padding and strap.

Using the product

The Enmode Smart Eye Massager is a wellness and relaxation device. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Read the user guide before use. Do not use it with contact lenses, on broken or irritated skin, or while driving or walking. If you have an eye condition, recent eye surgery, or are pregnant, ask your doctor before use. Read our safety guide.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses or for harm caused by using the product against the instructions.
