We ship the Enmode Smart Eye Massager free to serviceable PIN codes across India.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders within India. [If COD orders carry a fee, state it here, e.g. "A ₹49 COD handling fee applies."]
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. COD orders are dispatched after we confirm the order with you on WhatsApp or phone.

These are estimates from our courier partners. Delays can happen during festivals, bad weather or local restrictions.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available on eligible PIN codes. To place a COD order, message us on WhatsApp with your address and PIN code. Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we send the tracking link by WhatsApp or SMS. If you haven't received it within 48 hours of ordering, message us.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please check your address and phone number before confirming. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or because the delivery was refused, we may charge re-shipping costs for a second attempt.
Damaged parcel
If the outer box looks damaged or tampered with, you can refuse the delivery or take photos while opening it. Send the photos to us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement. See our return policy.
